## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts, ensuring customers can deliver outcomes with Notion.
- Contribute to net revenue retention through predictable renewals, expansion pipeline, and proactive product adoption.
- Partner with Solutions Consultants on expansion and renewal strategy for shared accounts, including owning commercial opportunities for flat and at-risk renewals.
- Define and maintain mutual success plans that guide customers through AI transformation and demonstrate ROI to executive stakeholders through periodic business reviews.
- Facilitate use-case consultations, guide continuous solution design, identify workflow opportunities, and increase customer value.
- Identify opportunities to engage Services for complex or technical implementations and partner with the Services team through delivery.
- Develop deep expertise in Notion and the broader AI ecosystem to help customers build durable workflows and systems.
- Help build and deliver Outcomes Architect programs that generate customer and business outcomes at scale.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in a B2B software environment.
- Strong customer-facing discovery skills, including understanding business problems, mapping workflows, and translating goals into implementation plans.
- Technical fluency and trusted-advisor presence, with the ability to co-design, configure, and troubleshoot Notion workspaces and workflows.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to partner with account owners on renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy.
- Ability to design workflows that drive usage-based consumption and connect adoption patterns to measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills across a book of accounts.
- Agency, urgency, customer empathy, and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English.

## Nice to Have
- Experience in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, technical account management, or post-sales strategy for productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience managing flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts and helping customers return to a clear value path.
- Experience with shared account ownership models involving sales, solutions, support, or implementation teams.
- Experience designing repeatable customer programs, playbooks, or interventions that improve retention, expansion, and adoption at scale.
