## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities
- Manage Help Scout and Accounts Receivable processes from start to finish, developing saved replies, custom workflows, and automations to reduce response times and improve efficiency.
- Execute invoicing processes with precision, maintaining 97% or higher billing accuracy.
- Handle complex financial or technical topics with customers, acting as a brand diplomat, and update the team on known product issues.
- Partner with Sales and Success teams for customer education and support; serve as the first responder to flag cross-departmental issues to leadership.
- Identify patterns in support tickets, scope issues, triage outages, and develop training materials for customers and the internal finance team.

## What Success Looks Like
- Maintain a pace of 50 responses per day or ensure the inbox hits zero daily.
- Address all finance inquiries in internal channels by end of each business day.
- Maintain at least 97% accuracy for all invoicing.
- Provide daily updates to leadership on ticket status and proactively communicate discrepancies or bottlenecks.
- Take ownership of tasks and continuously enhance them for improved accuracy and efficiency.

## Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Support, Accounts Receivable, and/or Billing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to distill complex topics and train on new processes.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; exposure to NetSuite or QuickBooks.
- Resourceful problem-solver who thoroughly thinks through issues and leads on resolving complicated technical or financial hurdles.
