## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including revenue, headcount, and operating expense models.
- Build and maintain financial models for a fast-growing business.
- Partner with executive leadership and department leads to translate financial analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Lead the monthly and quarterly close-to-reporting cycle, including variance analysis and performance reporting against budget and forecast.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time visibility into business health.
- Analyze new initiatives, pricing decisions, and growth opportunities to inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Support fundraising, board reporting, and investor relations with financial materials.
- Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure.
- Manage and mentor finance team members as the function grows.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field, with meaningful FP&A ownership.
- Strong financial modeling skills and experience building models from scratch.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to turn raw data into clear recommendations.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and communicating financial concepts to non-finance audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity.
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- High attention to detail and ownership of accuracy and data integrity.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with financial planning or business intelligence tools such as Adaptive Insights, Looker, or Tableau.
- Experience managing or mentoring finance team members.
- Familiarity with prediction markets, trading, fintech, or cryptocurrency.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $175,000 to $275,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.
