## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end reporting infrastructure, analytical frameworks, and insights delivery for Instacart Business and Instacart Health.
- Build partner-level insights and dashboards that provide timely, accurate visibility into business performance.
- Establish and manage an external partner reporting program with clear frameworks, reliable delivery cadences, and consistent data quality.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to diagnose performance gaps and identify actionable growth opportunities.
- Develop recurring analytical programs covering retention, cohort analysis, and pipeline health.
- Improve reporting coverage, scalable self-service tools, and cross-functional data infrastructure.
- Partner with internal leadership, commercial teams, and external partners to communicate findings and influence decisions.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or insights, including 2+ years in a B2B, commercial, or go-to-market context.
- Experience owning end-to-end reporting programs, from data sourcing and modeling through delivery and stakeholder communication.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one business intelligence or data visualization tool such as Tableau, Looker, or Mode.
- Experience building and maintaining recurring, full business-line reports and analytical frameworks at scale.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly frame analytical findings for cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics, pipeline tracking, and customer retention frameworks.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in a technology, marketplace, or B2B sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM data, including Salesforce, and its connection to downstream reporting and analytics.
- Experience building or contributing to external partner-facing reporting programs.
- Experience turning ambiguous problem statements into clear, scalable analytical outputs.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Remote role with location-dependent base pay.
- ATS-listed salary range: $128,000–$161,500 USD.
