## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Operate AI-native by default: ship agents, automated workflows, and AI-assisted tools as the primary execution mode. Deliver at least two production AI-assisted workflows within first 90 days that reduce coordination time.
- Quarterback launch readiness: central coordinator for commercial launches, track cross-functional progress, surface gaps, ensure visible dependencies with lead time.
- Run cross-functional coordination across Pricing, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Systems, Billing, Reporting, Enablement, Product, Engineering, and GTM stakeholders. Run standing launch forums and drive decisions.
- Scale Strategic Deal Alerts and AI-Native OS: improve motion for surfacing deals, build AI-assisted workflows, signals, and tooling.
- Operate and improve the coordination playbook: intake form, RACI, status reporting, escalation paths, communication templates.
- Coordinate launches across pricing/monetization, new market entry, strategic partnerships, new business models, M&A commercialization, and non-standard motions.
- Support Strategic Pursuits on qualifying deals: deal readiness, bid management, cross-functional sequencing. Build scaling motion for new business models.
- Run the launch portfolio: maintain active portfolio, run monthly reviews and quarterly retrospectives with AI-driven analytics.
- Take communication, status reporting, and meeting overhead off Strategic Finance leads. Translate into executive narratives and decision-ready status using AI.
- Surface execution risks early (billing errors, revenue recognition, commercial issues) and escalate appropriately.
- Partner with GTM Systems and GTM Prioritization steering committees, providing materials and recommendations.
- Produce launch/deal status reports, executive updates, and steering materials connecting operations to commercial outcomes.

## Requirements
- Demonstrated AI-native operating fluency: shipped production AI-assisted workflows or agents (prompts, evaluations, integrations, deployment to real users). AI must be default operating mode, not occasional use.
- Experience in program management, business operations, or strategic operations in a high-growth tech environment.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Sales, and GTM teams.
- Ability to translate complex cross-functional topics into clear executive communications and decision-ready artifacts.
- Experience building and scaling operating systems, playbooks, and AI-driven tools for launches and deals.
- Track record of reducing coordination overhead and delivering measurable time savings through automation and AI.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Background in Strategic Finance, pricing, monetization, or commercial model innovation.
- Experience with strategic pursuits, deal desk, revenue accounting, or commercial launches at scale.
- Familiarity with Snowflake's product, data cloud, or AI/ML workflows.
