## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Onboard and support customers through pilots
- Create templates, quickstarts, and other technical onboarding artifacts
- Use AI to make your work more efficient and our customers' lives easier

## Qualifications
- 2+ years in solutions/sales engineering, support engineering, or other engineering roles with customer-facing responsibilities
- Strong experience with **TypeScript** (**Python** experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Located in NYC or willing to relocate (this role is in-office 5 days a week)

## Bonus if you have
- Experience with technical writing
- Experience working at a developer tool or B2B SaaS company
