## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- **Document Drafting & Review**: Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and redline offering memoranda, purchase agreements, board materials, disclosure documents, and regulatory filings.
- **Due Diligence**: Use AI tools to conduct rapid document reviews, identify key terms in documents, and generate client-facing memos of complex due diligence materials.
- **Deal Execution**: Integrate AI agents into workflow management, signing and closing checklists, and coordination with counterparties.
- **Client Advisory**: Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and deal velocity.
- **Collaboration with Tech**: Work closely with the technology teams to continue to make the deal process even more efficient using AI.

## Skills & Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD); active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 5-7 years of experience in venture capital and private equity capital markets transactions.
- Strong drafting and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail.
- Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows.
- No prior AI or technical experience required.

## Compensation & Benefits
- $175,000 - $225,000 per year plus equity.
