## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution for major experience platforms powering Airbnb’s support experiences.
- Lead high-profile, cross-functional projects across product, engineering, design, analytics, and product marketing teams.
- Define measurable objectives and key results, track progress, and communicate outcomes.
- Align vision, strategy, OKRs, and roadmap with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Prioritize work across competing stakeholder inputs and maintain the product backlog and roadmap.
- Partner with senior technical leads and cross-functional leaders to execute the product vision.
- Present product roadmap and project status to leadership.
- Understand the competitive landscape, challenge the status quo, and influence teams toward unified outcomes.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of product management or product design experience, including at least 5 of 8 years in product management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Ability to recognize and articulate strong user experiences.
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical audiences.
- Outcome-oriented approach with strong collaborative execution skills.
- Experience working with partners beyond an immediate cross-functional team in a product management or business role.
- Ability to develop innovative strategies and articulate a clear execution path.

## Compensation
- Base salary range: $179,000–$207,000 USD annually.
- May also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and employee travel credits.
