## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI-driven automations and integrations across marketing technologies.
- Partner with regional marketing, marketing operations, and marketing analytics teams to identify automation opportunities and reduce process friction.
- Translate marketing and campaign needs into scalable system solutions using Workato and related tools.
- Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Engineering, and Marketing Operations to ensure data integrity and alignment.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations for reliability and performance.
- Create and maintain automation playbooks, documentation, and best practices.
- Act as a marketing subject matter expert and consultant on process design and automation strategy.
- Support governance, compliance, and change management for workflows and integrations.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or process automation.
- Experience with Workato or similar integration tools such as MuleSoft, including connectors for marketing and CRM platforms.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks, LLM-driven automation tools, and MCPs.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Comfort working with APIs, data mappings, and system schemas.
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions that improve process efficiency.
- Experience applying AI or ML-driven tools to marketing workflows.
- Experience with structured testing methodologies and continuous process optimization.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

## Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy compliance, and workflow versioning.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other scripting for workflow automation.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale marketing ecosystems or high-growth SaaS environments.
