## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the effectiveness of Pinterest advertising for large North American Enterprise clients in Non-Retail verticals such as Consumer Tech and Restaurants.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for strategic advertiser relationships concerning Non-Retail measurement.
- Conduct standard and custom research studies analyzing advertising effectiveness using internal and external measurement tools.
- Develop research on the relative impact of Non-Retail marketing strategies and business challenges, contributing to Pinterest’s external thought leadership.
- Communicate complex results to non-technical client audiences and influence measurement strategy.
- Collaborate with sales teams to deliver measurement-based recommendations and establish annual account strategies.
- Monitor measurement approaches and technologies within Non-Retail industries and provide client guidance.
- Use AI-assisted analysis, including SQL/Python notebooks, anomaly detection, and causal inference tools, for ambiguous measurement investigations.
- Apply AI to scale test-and-learn workflows, insight generation, experiment readouts, and recommendation synthesis.

## Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of digital advertising measurement experience in a technology company, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research company.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in advertising measurement concepts, solutions, and statistical fundamentals, including marketing mix modeling, conversion lift, multi-touch attribution, geo match market tests, and brand lift.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize multiple data sources into actionable insights.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and independently with sales, product, and Partner Measurement teams.
- Experience communicating complex measurement concepts to partners with varied levels of measurement sophistication.
- Experience using AI-enabled analytics and data science tools to structure ambiguous measurement problems, generate hypotheses, and validate findings with statistical rigor.
- Judgment deploying AI responsibly with privacy-safe data practices, including regulatory constraints and measurement-design risk tradeoffs.

## Nice to Have
- SQL experience.
- Data visualization experience.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: **$103,965–$214,044 USD**.
- Eligible for equity.
