## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and iterate learning content, including presentations, guides, videos, and Confluence pages, using AI tools.
- Coordinate and produce instructor-led learning sessions and learning and development offsites, from scheduling through day-of execution.
- Manage logistics and audience engagement for learning programs.
- Prototype AI-assisted learning experiences, such as adaptive practice exercises, scenario simulations, and on-demand skill-building resources.
- Analyze program evaluation and engagement data using AI-assisted methods to identify insights and recommend improvements.
- Maintain program documentation and communication channels so employees can discover and access learning opportunities.

## Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in adult education, human resources, organizational psychology, instructional design, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Slides, Sheets, and Docs.
- Experience creating polished slide decks and written materials.
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations role managing multiple concurrent tasks and competing deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
- Ability to recognize when AI-generated output requires human judgment.
- Responsible use of generative AI with appropriate human oversight.

## Compensation
- $40 per hour USD.
