## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own collections and credit control for hotel commission partners, including chasing outstanding payments and resolving queries.
- Validate and optimize newly launched invoicing and collections processes with Business Operations.
- Establish tracking mechanisms for hotel commissions and partner arrangements.
- Map end-to-end compensation flows, identify bottlenecks, and document scalable processes.
- Build feedback loops across finance, partnerships, and operations teams.
- Review hotel contracts and validate commissions raised versus received.
- Build relationships with hotel partners and cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
- Use BI tools to track performance and provide insights.
- Deliver process improvements and revenue recovery initiatives.

## Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable.
- Experience in a high-growth or scaling environment is preferred.
- Process improvement skills, including process mapping and identifying inefficiencies.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and establish structure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Strong documentation skills for process guides and handover materials.
- International experience working across time zones and cultures.

## Nice-to-Haves
- SQL skills.
- Experience with ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Knowledge of the travel or hospitality industry and hotel commission structures.
- Familiarity with Onyx or similar travel platforms.
