## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Provide area-level leadership across multiple concurrent construction projects, ensuring alignment with program goals, budgets, and schedules.
- Drive standardization, consistency, and best practices across cost management, scheduling, change management, risk management, and reporting.
- Lead and manage a team of cost managers responsible for:
  - Monthly cost reporting
  - Cash flow forecasting
  - Change and risk management
  - Pay application review
  - Client billing submissions
- Assess overall cost and schedule health across an area or program, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities early.
- Develop and communicate clear, actionable financial and schedule insights to senior leadership and clients.
- Manage critical deliverables and performance of onsite vendors providing cost management and scheduling services.
- Support program-level governance by ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent reporting across all projects.
- Partner cross-functionally with construction, engineering, procurement, and leadership teams to support successful project execution.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in project controls and construction cost management.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with area- or program-level accountability.
- Proven leadership of program- or area-wide initiatives focused on standardization and continuous improvement.
- Advanced financial and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate cost and schedule performance holistically.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and clients.
- Experience leading teams and managing external vendors delivering cost and scheduling services.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, large-scale construction environments.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation range: **$225,000–$250,000**.
