## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive regional B2B growth across the NORDICS through lead generation and brand awareness.
- Build and execute complex, multilingual outbound sequences.
- Own local industry events, user conferences, and webinars end to end.
- Collaborate with performance marketing on account-based marketing initiatives and localized retargeting.
- Monitor campaign performance, produce executive-level reporting, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Adapt global messaging to resonate with Nordic business cultures.

## Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in at least one of the four Nordic languages.
- Experience implementing marketing projects from start to finish and being accountable for return on investment.
- Entrepreneurial drive and a history of high engagement, ideally in an entrepreneurial or similarly high-stakes environment.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
- Broad growth marketing knowledge spanning data analysis, performance marketing, campaign planning, and event organization.
- Ability to act as the local Directly Responsible Individual for marketing operations.

## Nice-to-haves
- Proficiency in cold email, SEO, or affiliate management.
- Product marketing experience and design skills.
- Understanding of the Southern European technology ecosystem and buying-cycle shifts.
