## Job Description

## Own the customer program end-to-end
- From contract signature through expansion.
- Accountable for outcomes with clear milestones and cadence.
- Partner with account team to scope engagements for excellence.
- Direct delivery pod (Forward Deployed Engineers and Integration & Architecture teams).
- Manage capacity, milestones, stakeholder communication, and account health.
- Earn trust from C-suite to data scientists.
- Lead solutioning conversations connecting Domino's AI capabilities to customer outcomes.
- Drive adoption through rollout, enablement, and change management.
- Turn engagements into growth by uncovering expansion opportunities.
- Act as customer's voice internally for product feedback and signals.

## Requirements
- 3–5 years in enterprise customer-facing discipline: implementations, consulting, technical program management, or product.
- Background in life sciences (reproducibility, auditability, compliance) is a meaningful advantage.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and turning unstructured executive conversations into executable plans.
- Knowledge of how enterprise data science teams build, scale, and govern models.
- Real delivery ownership across full cycles.
- Technically fluent across software architecture, predictive modeling, and agentic systems.
- Solutions-oriented; escalate with recommendations.
- Ability to learn new domains fast and use AI to work faster.
