## Job Description

## Impact (Responsibilities)
- Meet with CIOs, IT executives, LOB executives, Program Managers, and partners
- Close new and existing accounts
- Identify quick wins while managing complex sales cycles
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
- Track customer details in Salesforce
- Use solution-based selling approach
- Promote Databricks platform powered by Apache Spark™
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Prioritize opportunities and allocate resources
- Build internal and external success plans

## Requirements
- Experience in early stage companies
- Field sales in big data, Cloud, or SaaS
- Existing relationships with CIOs and decision makers
- Ability to articulate complex cloud technologies
- **6+ years exceeding sales quotas**
- Financial services expertise preferred
- Success closing new and expanding accounts
- Understanding of Spark and big data preferred
- Passion for cloud technologies
- **Bachelor's Degree**
