## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Own content strategy and tell the Kargo story, engaging audiences and scaling how Kargo connects with the world across email, social media, websites, blogs, and content-driven campaigns.
- Manage the full content distribution lifecycle, from concept development and copywriting through scheduling, publishing, and performance optimization.
- Create high-quality content, including case studies, SEO posts, sales collateral, presentation decks, webinar decks and scripts, blog posts, landing pages, newsletters, and event and webinar copy.
- Capture customer success stories that highlight the impact of customer partnerships.
- Maintain an up-to-date library of marketing and sales materials, including one-pagers, email templates, ad copy, and pitch decks.
- Track, test, iterate, and optimize campaign messaging based on performance and feedback.

## Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related field.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex ideas simple and compelling.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative ideas.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while remaining flexible and responsive to changing requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
