## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Shape the long-term strategy for Rula’s psychiatry business.
- Evaluate new business opportunities and translate high-impact ideas into actionable pilots and scalable initiatives.
- Define growth strategies, including the path to significantly scaling the business.
- Research, scope, and pilot new services or business lines.
- Analyze patient and payor lifetime value to improve unit economics.
- Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Operations, Growth, Product, Finance, and Analytics leaders.
- Lead complex initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Build financial models, analyze data, develop operating models, and create cross-functional execution plans.
- Facilitate alignment and influence senior and executive stakeholders through ambiguous business decisions.

## Required Qualifications
- **7+ years** of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, corporate strategy, or similar strategy and operations roles within high-growth startups or mid-sized companies.
- Advanced proficiency in **Google Sheets** and **Microsoft Excel**, including complex financial modeling, advanced formulas, and large-dataset analysis.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into scalable operating models, analytics, and cross-functional execution plans.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong executive presence and experience partnering directly with senior leaders.
- Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a high-growth technology company; healthcare or digital health experience preferred.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as **Looker** and working knowledge of **SQL**.
- Experience leading annual planning, strategic planning, or company-wide operational planning.
- Experience launching and scaling new products, services, business lines, or other 0-to-1 initiatives.
- Experience evaluating mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, adjacent markets, or other corporate development opportunities.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of **$166,000–$192,850**.
- 100% remote work environment for employees based in the United States; Hawaii is currently excluded.
