## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in Suno’s distinctive voice.
- Build relationships with creators and superfans by celebrating their work and surfacing their songs.
- Identify cultural moments, memes, and trends and develop timely, on-brand responses.
- Moderate Discord, Reddit, and comment communities while maintaining healthy, welcoming conversations.
- Track sentiment, surface themes, and escalate issues, bugs, and sensitive conversations.
- Drive social listening across owned channels, broader social platforms, and creator communities.
- Turn community insights into content ideas, PR talking points, product feedback, creator outreach, and strategy adjustments.
- Partner on community strategy, launches, campaigns, and cultural moments.
- Collaborate with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Support, and Trust & Safety.
- Develop community rituals such as weekly highlights, creator spotlights, and AMAs.
- Maintain response playbooks, escalation paths, tone-of-voice guidance, and best-practice documentation.
- Report on qualitative and quantitative community health and engagement signals.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of community management or social media experience, preferably in consumer technology, music, entertainment, creator platforms, or culture-focused agencies.
- Strong, distinctive writing voice and the ability to adapt to brand tone.
- Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit cultures and norms.
- Genuine interest in music and creativity.
- Excellent judgment and emotional intelligence in sensitive or high-visibility situations.
- Experience moderating online communities and handling feedback, criticism, and trolling.
- Ability to work quickly in a real-time environment without sacrificing quality.
- Familiarity with community and social tools, including Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Khoros, Discord administration tools, and native platform analytics.
- Collaborative, low-ego working style.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to work in person from the New York City or Los Angeles office.

## Nice-to-haves

## Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: **$82,000–$107,000**, before equity.
- Company equity package.
