## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Work closely with founders and design to implement new concepts and ideas.
- Build AI-powered functionality into the core product.
- Update the real-time collaborative content editor used across internal surfaces.
- Build user-facing features with scalable UI components.
- Improve application performance.
- Refine software development processes to maintain high execution velocity.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building customer-facing products at a high-quality software company.
- Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals.
- Full-stack experience with browser technologies, Node, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Track record of driving complex, end-to-end features with visible product impact.
- Strong product sensibility and attention to UX, speed, and polish.
- Comfortable shaping problems and working without heavy product-management overhead.
- High ownership mentality; able to take features from idea to launch.
- Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment.
- Experience at a startup or company with a high engineering bar.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with real-time collaboration, offline support, AI-powered functionality, or production-scale systems.
