## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Work with customers to transform existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated multidimensional models.
- Understand and document business requirements.
- Design and build corresponding Pigment applications.
- Train and co-build with customers so they become self-sufficient in the solution.
- Participate in or lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment.
- Integrate source software and migration solutions using connectors and APIs.
- Act as the link between customer stakeholders and the product team to help develop the planning platform.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve methodology and processes.

## Requirements
- Build complex systems and explain them clearly to stakeholders so they are simple to use and maintain.
- Work effectively with large volumes of unstructured data, including structuring and validating it.
- Learn new domains quickly and adapt to diverse customer use cases and businesses.
- Build trusted relationships with empathy and dedication.
- Think strategically and work comfortably in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs.
- Meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with limited supervision.
- Fluent English; French or additional European languages are advantageous.

## Education
- MBA or another relevant advanced degree preferred.
