## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Become a product expert across the Rippling platform and understand the competitive landscape.
- Craft strategic outbound messaging to engage upmarket prospects.
- Partner with Marketing to run targeted outbound campaigns and generate pipeline.
- Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodologies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Align closely with the Account Executive to create a strong pipeline by qualifying prospects and setting demonstrations.

## Requirements
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with different teams.
- A competitive mindset and drive to achieve results.
