## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define the future of AI-native video creation, editing, and communication, turning a product vision into concrete bets.
- Translate frontier model capabilities and limitations into reliable, intuitive products and workflows.
- Design coherent creative systems spanning intent, generation, editing, iteration, and publishing.
- Evaluate generated media across quality, controllability, consistency, latency, cost, and creative usefulness.
- Engage with creators, marketers, businesses, and emerging creative communities to identify product opportunities.
- Own products end to end from ambiguous problem through prototyping, launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Build learning loops, define success metrics, develop evaluation frameworks, and use product behavior to improve experiences and models.
- Partner with Engineering, Growth, Marketing, and Support on positioning, launches, education, and distribution.
- Manage, mentor, and develop Product Managers while raising the bar for product judgment, execution, and craft.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, or 8+ years in roles building exceptional product judgment.
- Experience directly managing and mentoring Product Managers.
- Deep fluency in generative media, including video, image, audio, and multimodal products.
- Hands-on experience prototyping or shipping with modern AI models and tools.
- Strong cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning loosely defined problems into clear priorities.
- Strong technical and product communication skills, including understanding technical constraints and tradeoffs.
- A well-developed perspective on the future of product management in the age of AI.
