## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive strategic design initiatives aligned with business objectives and the product roadmap.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation through user-centered design across the Fleet Management platform.
- Develop and communicate a cohesive design vision for the Fleet Management product area.
- Lead, guide, and develop a team of product designers while ensuring high-quality execution.
- Champion a user-centric design culture and advocate for design excellence across the organization.
- Establish and promote design standards and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Lead design projects end to end, from strategic framing through detailed execution and iteration.
- Evolve the design system and component library for consistency and efficiency across product touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations leadership on product strategy, prioritization, and execution.
- Build alignment and communicate design vision through storytelling and presentations to stakeholders, including executives.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in user experience, interaction, and interface design.
- Significant experience leading and managing product design teams in a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success designing complex web and mobile products with cross-functional teams.
- Online portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, strategic thinking, design leadership, problem-solving, and impactful product outcomes.
- Deep experience developing, implementing, and scaling design systems across multiple product lines.
- Experience using modern AI-driven practices and tools for strategy documents, prototypes, pull requests, and development.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how design decisions affect business outcomes.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including the ability to articulate design rationale and build consensus.
- Experience collaborating with distributed or global teams across different cultures and communication styles.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving industry and solve complex challenges.

## Nice to Have
- Familiarity with or strong interest in fleet management, logistics, product-led growth, or related industries.

## Compensation
- Base compensation range: **$225,000–$295,000 USD**.
- Benefits may include health, pharmacy, optical and dental coverage, paid time off, disability coverage, life insurance, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility.
