## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own relationships with AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
- Drive Dash0 onto hyperscaler marketplace listings and activate co-sell motions.
- Build field relationships with Cloud Solution Architects to generate qualified pipeline.
- Design and execute a partner model for cloud-native systems integrators and consultancies.
- Define partner incentive structures and co-delivery models.
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, including net-new logos and accelerated deals.
- Feed partner and systems integrator intelligence into product, pricing, and positioning.
- Address competitive movements proactively.
- Build and document relationships with hyperscaler solution architects in target geographies.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development at a developer tools, observability, or cloud-native infrastructure company.
- Established relationships with field teams at AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Experience building or scaling a hyperscaler co-sell motion, from marketplace listing to active deal flow.
- Experience designing partner programs for systems integrators or consultancies at a technical product company.
- Track record of partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue.
- Builder mentality and comfort creating new programs in ambiguous environments.

## Nice to Have
- Background in observability, application performance monitoring, or DevSecOps.
- Experience with OpenTelemetry or Prometheus.
- Existing Cloud Native Computing Foundation community relationships.
- International experience spanning the United States and Europe.
