## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop strategic sales roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives and goals to maximize revenue generation.
- Present and position products to C-level executives.
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings, coaching the team through live-selling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to inform strategic sales decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to address market and regional needs.
- Coach and develop team members, build a diverse team, and foster an environment of belonging.
- Lead weekly forecast meetings and mentor the sales team on strategies to exceed goals.
- Establish sales excellence, processes, and methodologies as the business expands.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
- 3+ years of management experience.
- Experience managing strategic accounts and understanding technical and competitive landscapes.
- Proven ability to adapt strategy and execution as business needs evolve.
- Exceptional coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales teams.
- Track record of increasing customer satisfaction and building lasting customer relationships.
