## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle hiring for entry- to mid-level Field Engineering roles across EMEA, including Associate and mid-level Solutions Architects, Solutions Engineers, and Delivery Solutions Architects.
- Conduct outbound sourcing by building target lists, writing outreach, and engaging passive candidates.
- Build and maintain market maps and talent pools by market, skill, and competitor.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters on intake, calibration, candidate feedback, and search updates.
- Provide timely, transparent communication throughout the candidate process.
- Maintain accurate ATS data and report on funnel and sourcing performance.
- Test sourcing tools, channels, and outreach approaches and share learnings with the recruiting team.

## Requirements
- Experience sourcing and recruiting in-house or at an agency, ideally in software, SaaS, Data, or AI.
- Demonstrated outbound sourcing ability, including finding and engaging hard-to-reach candidates.
- Experience recruiting technical or customer-facing profiles, or the ability to learn technical domains quickly.
- Strong written communication skills and an interest in candidate experience.
- Comfort using data to prioritize work and influence decisions.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple searches across EMEA markets and time zones.
- Curious, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.
