## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Scale and optimize thousands of Google Business Profiles to improve rankings and convert searchers into bookings.
- Grow walk-in reservations through scalable signage programs and measure resulting traffic.
- Lead supply expansion by helping property owners invest in capital improvements that increase marketplace earnings.
- Own the demand side of partner pilots by using new and existing channels to fill locations with renters and unlock broader portfolios.
- Manage a portfolio of growth bets: prioritize hypotheses, run tests, learn from results, and scale successful initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data to improve phone and web conversion, ship features and automations, and improve channel operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-output team.
- Own channel performance reporting and build dashboards for company leadership, executives, and the board.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, growth, performance marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading and coaching teams.
- Strong analytical skills, including dashboard development, test design, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data.
- Ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams in an ambiguous environment.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Startup experience.
- Experience with hyperlocal marketplaces, real estate, storage, or parking.
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile optimization or local search at scale.
- Experience scaling local channels such as Google Maps, Facebook Marketplace, and Google Local Services Ads.
