## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Analyze pipeline health, bookings, retention and churn, product usage, ARR trends, cohorts, segments, and funnels to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Create and maintain executive dashboards and produce weekly business reviews, monthly KPI reports, and C-level and Board reporting materials.
- Support bookings forecasting, maintain CRM data integrity, and refine predictive models for capacity planning, rep productivity, territory performance, and quota setting.
- Partner with Sales Management, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Product Operations to unify data sources, workflows, definitions, and reporting standards.
- Support annual and quarterly GTM planning, including quota setting, territory modeling, and headcount planning.
- Measure process and enablement-program impact, track KPI performance, identify GTM process breakdowns, and recommend improvements.
- Provide urgent executive analysis on win rates, product sales performance, average selling price, churn drivers, and related strategic topics.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or Business Analytics.
- Expert proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including index/match, nested logic, pivot tables, and scenario modeling.
- Proficiency with Salesforce reporting, business intelligence tools, SQL, and Python.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, and pipeline conversion rates.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and present findings to senior leadership.
- High attention to detail, comfort working with large datasets, and ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience supporting sales organizations with complex, multi-product offerings.
- Familiarity with enterprise software or subscription business models.
- Experience with RevTech tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Pendo, and Gainsight.
