## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution for Go-To-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) roles.
- Partner with senior business leaders and executives to translate organizational goals into hiring plans.
- Advise hiring teams on talent decisions, interview processes, and organizational design.
- Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through sourcing, market mapping, and networking.
- Lead strategic talent discussions using market, availability, and competitive-positioning insights.
- Design and scale efficient, data-driven recruiting processes.
- Use recruiting data and analytics to optimize hiring outcomes.
- Mentor teammates and elevate recruiting best practices.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience hiring for GTM, G&A, and/or Operations roles in high-growth, high-performance environments.
- Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions across organizational levels.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience sourcing and closing passive talent in competitive markets.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to guide recruiting strategy.
- High attention to detail and ability to balance speed, quality, and process.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach focused on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work from the San Mateo office at least 3 days per week.

## Nice-to-haves
- Combination of in-house and agency recruiting experience.
- Familiarity with international hiring practices across EMEA and APAC, including talent markets, compliance, and regional hiring practices.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $140,000–$170,000.
