> Senior product designer responsible for defining and shipping Letaido’s agentic AI experience, workspace, and customer-facing product. The role combines product design, research, roadmap ownership, prototyping, and close collaboration with engineering and data science.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design of Letaido, including the agent experience, workspace, and customer-facing surfaces.
- Shape the roadmap with the Head of Letaido, Marketing, and Sales.
- Define interaction patterns for agentic work, including delegation, progress, interruption, review, trust, and returning results to users.
- Research how people use AI teammates and develop a strong technical understanding of product capabilities and constraints.
- Sketch and prototype rapidly, then create detailed, high-fidelity interfaces and drive them through release.
- Lead projects with engineers and data scientists from concept through launch, iteration, and ongoing support.
- Establish and maintain the product’s design language as it grows.

## Requirements
- Experience designing interfaces and workflows for complex software products.
- Ability to manage projects from idea to launch and make independent prioritization decisions.
- Strong visual taste and design skills.
- Ability to create detailed, high-fidelity mockups.
- Ability to create prototypes for validating product ideas.
- Ability to collect and analyze data from varied sources.
- Understanding of software architecture and development processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort designing novel products without established patterns.
- Experience using AI tools and forming informed opinions about their applications.
