## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Identify high-value use cases for custom large language models within government entities.
- Partner with clients to understand pressing problems and develop solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Serve as the primary client contact, triaging questions, issues, and concerns.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to track delivery, timelines, and communications.
- Review, track, and improve operational performance through continuous improvement.
- Engage research institutions developing Arabic LLMs to identify support opportunities and testing ideas.

## Requirements
- 5–7+ years of total professional experience.
- Experience in consulting or technical program management within industry.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Experience at a consulting firm or leading technology company.
- Track record in B2B or B2G client-facing roles and expanding client relationships.
- Ability to understand APIs and the machine-learning training lifecycle.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
