## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Advise sustainability leaders at leading companies on advancing corporate sustainability programs.
- Independently lead strategic engagements involving climate target setting, decarbonization, environmental impact management, and voluntary and regulatory reporting.
- Develop practical sustainability strategies and build the business case for sustainability initiatives.
- Track emerging sustainability frameworks, regulations, and market developments, translating them into actionable guidance for customers and internal teams.
- Help develop new sustainability products and services by identifying customer needs and prototyping new ways to create value.
- Contribute to thought leadership, customer-facing materials, and internal enablement.
- Collaborate with Product and Go-to-Market teams to strengthen sustainability intelligence, expertise, differentiation, and thought leadership.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- At least 4 years at a consulting firm in client-facing roles.
- At least 4 years of sustainability experience.
- Deep expertise in corporate decarbonization.
- Familiarity with the GHG Protocol, PCAF, SBTi, ISO standards, and sustainability reporting frameworks and regulations including CSRD, LSRS, CCDAA, ASRS, ISSB, and CDP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data skills.
- Systematic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting complex analyses and recommendations to C-suite audiences.
- Ability to influence decision-making and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong interest in addressing climate change and advancing corporate sustainability.
- Willingness to work from an office 4 days per week.

## Nice to Have
- Fluency in multiple languages, such as English, Spanish, French, or German.
