## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Shape and execute an integrated communications strategy for MENAT+, centered on regional creators, audiences, and culture.
- Advise regional leadership on business priorities, reputation, emerging issues, and high-impact moments.
- Anticipate reputational opportunities and risks across cultural, media, policy, and regulatory dynamics.
- Lead creator-first and earned-first storytelling across emerging scenes, communities, and local moments.
- Partner with Music, Podcasts, Product, Growth, Marketing, Public Affairs, and other teams on regional communications.
- Connect MENAT+ priorities with Spotify’s global communications strategy and localize global priorities for regional audiences.
- Lead corporate, executive, internal, and B2B communications, including executive positioning, thought leadership, media engagement, and strategic messaging.
- Manage agency relationships and budgets.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of communications experience, including integrated consumer, corporate, reputation, and policy communications.
- Experience across MENA, Türkiye, Pakistan, or adjacent markets, with knowledge of local media, cultural, and creator landscapes.
- Strategic storytelling experience across earned media, executive communications, influencer engagement, and integrated channels.
- Understanding of policy, regulatory, political, cultural, and media developments and their reputational impact.
- Fluency in English and Arabic and/or Turkish.
- Strong judgment in sensitive or fast-moving situations and experience advising senior leaders.
- Ability to collaborate across a global, cross-functional organization and influence without formal authority.
- Interest in music, creators, culture, technology, and the evolving media landscape.

## Work Arrangement
- Based in Dubai with some in-person meetings and flexibility to work from home.
