## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own customer-facing AI product capabilities from discovery through delivery, including model behavior, data requirements, evaluation methods, unit economics, quality, security, and gross-margin impact.
- Develop product vision and roadmaps using customer needs, analytics, market context, and business outcomes.
- Evaluate software codebases and build functional prototypes that provide Engineering with executable starting points.
- Establish repeatable AI-driven workflows for product discovery, prototyping, analysis, and delivery.
- Lead customer research, competitive analysis, structured discovery, cross-functional execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking.
- Mentor product team members on discovery, technical evaluation, and AI workflows.
- Support go-to-market teams through demonstrations, documentation, training, and technical expertise.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8–10+ years of product management experience in SaaS or software environments.
- Track record of shipping products from concept through launch.
- Experience developing product vision and roadmaps and leading complex, multi-team initiatives.
- Ability to read and evaluate software codebases for feasibility, dependencies, scope, and sequencing.
- Hands-on experience building functional prototypes and using developer workflows such as Git.
- Practical experience managing AI capabilities, including data pipelines, model evaluation, and AI security guardrails.
- Experience with customer research, competitive analysis, product analytics, and structured discovery frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to support customer-facing teams with demonstrations, documentation, training, and domain expertise.
- Ability to travel minimally as required.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in EdTech, higher education, corporate learning and development, video infrastructure, or platform integration ecosystems.
- Familiarity with LMS, LTI, SSO, and APIs.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS metrics, subscription models, and customer lifecycle dynamics, including ARR, NRR, churn, and retention.
- Experience mentoring or coaching product managers.

## Compensation
- Annual salary: £96,000–£103,000.
