## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff, including new entity formation and geographic expansion, M&A integrations, EOR and vendor transitions, payroll migrations, and other major operational changes.
- Build and drive program plans with clear requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, readiness gates, and decisions.
- Surface risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as circumstances change.
- Coordinate People Operations, People Systems, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Tax, IT, and other teams across interconnected workstreams.
- Lead program communications and change management, including executive updates, decision points, and employee communications.
- Create repeatable templates, SOPs, playbooks, and operating processes.
- Maintain a coordinated, thoughtful employee experience during high-change events.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
- Experience with global People infrastructure, such as geographic expansion, entity formation, M&A integration, or related work.
- Hands-on operating style with a strong bias toward action.
- Strong stakeholder management and judgment, including the ability to align specialists and senior leaders without formal authority.
- Clear, direct executive communication skills.
- Strong AI fluency and experience using AI to synthesize information, navigate ambiguity, and improve work quality.

## Compensation
- $120,000–$200,000 USD annually.
