## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead Rippling’s end-to-end M&A pipeline, including market mapping, thesis development, target sourcing, management engagement, diligence, negotiation, closing, and post-close integration planning.
- Build financial analyses, including DCF, comparable transactions, build-versus-buy scenarios, valuation models, and pro forma impact models.
- Coordinate diligence across product, engineering, legal, finance, HR, and customer channels, while conducting external market and customer research.
- Draft and negotiate term sheets and letters of intent, owning key commercial terms in coordination with Legal.
- Partner with senior executives on private fundraising rounds, secondary liquidity transactions, and long-term IPO planning.
- Prepare materials and performance analyses for Board meetings, investor presentations, and shareholder discussions.
- Lead Investor Relations strategy, communications, updates, and messaging about Rippling’s business model, AI strategy, and growth trajectory.
- Manage and scale high-performing Corporate Development and Investor Relations teams.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; an advanced degree is a plus.
- 8–10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investor Relations, and/or Corporate Finance.
- Prior private equity investing experience is preferred.
- Experience managing high-performing teams and owning deal processes end-to-end.
- Strong financial modeling skills and experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to complete transactions.
- Excellent communication, finance, strategy, project management, and time management skills.
- Experience working with senior leadership.
- Organized, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and self-directed.
