## Job Description

## Impact You Will Have
- **Drive the transition to Serverless**: Lead strategy to unify onboarding to serverless and classic workspaces, driving 10X usage.
- **Democratize Workspace Creation**: Design flows for instant workspace spin-up with governance guardrails.
- **Redefine the "Getting Started" experience**: Remove infrastructure config barriers while allowing customization.
- **Solve "Workspace Proliferation"**: Define tools and policies for admins to govern increased workspaces.
- **Unify the Data Estate**: Integrate with Unity Catalog and Identity teams for seamless data and security.

## What We Look For
- **7+ years** as a Product Manager in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or SaaS foundations.
- **Technical depth in Cloud Infrastructure**: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP (networking, compute, identity).
- **Passion for simplification**: Track record of turning complex workflows into one-click experiences.
- **Data-driven mindset**: Define and track KPIs like "Time to First Workspace" or "Serverless Adoption Rate".
