## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own project management for critical marketing initiatives, campaigns, and creative work across multiple brands.
- Partner with product and performance marketing teams to align work with business objectives, manage planning, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Identify gaps proactively, ask strategic questions before work begins, and build and improve processes.
- Review project requests for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with broader brand and business objectives.
- Create, maintain, and communicate detailed project timelines and milestones across concurrent initiatives.
- Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, challenges, and risks; offer solutions and surface gaps and recommendations.
- Coordinate and allocate internal and external resources, including agencies and freelancers when directed.
- Develop standard operating procedures and implement process improvements, including AI enablement, to streamline marketing workflows and improve collaboration.
- Participate in creative briefings across brands to evaluate strategic rigor and consistency before work is handed to the creative team.
- Support marketing operations through website copy edits in Webflow, marketing automation tasks in HubSpot, and other ad hoc marketing support.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in marketing or creative environments, preferably in a SaaS organization or agency.
- Experience balancing initiatives across multiple teams or brands.
- Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels, build and improve processes, identify gaps, and execute hands-on when needed.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills, including timeline and milestone development, status reporting, capacity planning, issue resolution, and process governance.
- Customer-centric, service-oriented approach when working with internal teams.
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of digital and traditional media channels, including web, paid social, SEM, print, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Significant expertise using Asana.
- AI-forward mindset and automation experience with tools such as ChatGPT.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot and Webflow.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Expected salary range: $95,000-$100,000.
- Benefits may include health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; 401(k) with company match; and additional compensation such as bonuses or equity, as applicable.
