## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack.
- Build and optimize responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs that power our platform.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to rapidly build, test, and iterate on features within our existing platform.
- Debug production issues across our systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Advocate for best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.
- Work independently and collaboratively to solve complex technical challenges.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications.
- Proficiency in **React** (or similar frontend frameworks) and **Python**.
- Experience designing and working with **GraphQL**, **RESTful APIs** and databases (**SQL** and **NoSQL**).
- Strong understanding of modern frontend development, including **TypeScript**, **React**, component-driven architecture and modern tooling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (**AWS**, **GCP**, or **Azure**) and deployment best practices.
- A combined passion for great user experience and scalable backend systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Strong preference for Bay Area - Nash operates a hybrid first product team with an office in **San Francisco**.
- Startup experience is a plus, but not required.
- **Bonus**: Experience with **Flask**, **SQLAlchemy**, **WebSockets**, and integration-heavy systems.
