## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Validate cutting-edge generative tools and run structured evaluations.
- Deeply work in the product, translate product needs into actionable documentation for Engineering, Product, Sales, and User Enablement teams.
- Combine creative production, product QA, and model testing.

## Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience at the intersection of fashion design, AI creative systems, or digital production workflows.
- Deep familiarity with creative software and AI-driven design workflows with platforms such as **Firefly**, **ComfyUI**, **Krea**, **Midjourney**.
- Exceptional communication skills — comfortable presenting, demoing, and writing for both technical and creative audiences.
- Natural community builder who thrives at events and in online spaces.
- Experience in fashion or visual content creation, understanding how visual AI models align with apparel and design principles.
- Self-starter with strong project ownership; can run an industry event as easily as a product tutorial.
- Strong writing and documentation skills — communicate complex test outcomes clearly.
- Comfort working closely with engineers and designers, translating between creative intent and model behavior.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — structure complex testing workflows, document findings clearly, and track follow-ups.
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges, proposes solutions, and follows through.
- Thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
