## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives across the company, identifying key areas for improvement
- Build processes and implement scalable solutions
- Own projects end-to-end from problem identification to execution
- Analyze problems using first-principles thinking and data to inform decisions
- Optimize processes and track performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels

## Requirements
- Past founder experience or strong ambitions to become one
- Killer operator who thrives in fast-paced environments with extremely high ownership
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking on new and ambiguous challenges
- Excellent communicator who can partner cross-functionally
- Strong bias toward action and intensity
- Passionate about building from the ground up
