## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Create beautiful, simple, high-performing paid marketing creative that communicates complex healthcare ideas.
- Produce graphic design assets for social media, paid ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Develop motion graphics and animated content for social media, paid ads, and landing pages.
- Own work autonomously, taking responsibility for details from concept through execution.
- Collaborate with performance, integrated, lifecycle, and brand marketing teams to solve design challenges.
- Participate in creative testing and iteration, applying learnings to future work.
- Learn and uphold Solace’s design framework, standards, and brand consistency across channels and formats.

## Requirements
- Strong design foundation in typography, color, composition, and layout.
- Strong attention to craft and detail.
- Intuition for effective consumer-facing paid marketing.
- Exceptional proficiency with design tools, especially Figma.
- Bias toward action, execution, creation, and iteration.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into final marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency across channels and ad formats.
- Online portfolio of design work.
- Based in the United States.
- New college graduate.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with motion graphics or animated content.
- Familiarity with After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Hybrid, in-person role based in the Redwood City office three days per week.
