## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Translate brand and product campaign strategy into integrated marketing plans, defining channel roles, sequencing, and rollout across paid, owned, retail, partnership, and regional touchpoints.
- Partner with Senior Brand Manager to translate creative briefs into cohesive, full-funnel marketing plans.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Media, Product Marketing, Growth, Sports & Talent, PR, Lifecycle, Wholesale, Web, and Country teams.
- Define launch readiness requirements, milestones, and success criteria.
- Own in-market campaign performance tracking and post-campaign reporting with Analytics.
- Ensure channel plans reflect strategic priorities, identifying risks and resolving tradeoffs.
- Coordinate with Sports & Talent, Social, PR, and Wholesale for partner, editorial, and retail calendars.
- Identify gaps in campaign translation from brief to market and recommend solutions.

## Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, go-to-market leadership, or cross-channel campaign management in high-growth consumer technology.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-channel product launches or brand campaigns from planning through performance reporting.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy and channel orchestration.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and translating insights into optimizations.
- Clear communicator able to distill strategic priorities into executable GTM plans.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks.
