## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Market Associates and Market Managers responsible for maximizing partner relationships with Airbnb Homes Hosts and achieving KPIs and business performance goals.
- Guide teams on territory and local strategies for supply optimization, acquisition, and optimization.
- Proactively set priorities, develop supply strategy plans for the full funnel of Stays supply, and assign resources.
- Partner with Supply and Country Manager leadership to drive cross-functional business initiatives.
- Be accountable for business performance of the assigned territory, including meeting revenue goals, supply acquisition targets, and improving supply KPIs.
- Identify key barriers, market shifts, and trends, and provide solutions.
- Coach team members to achieve their maximum potential and develop them for future roles.
- Create a positive and driven team culture.
- Organize, lead, and execute on a variety of assignments and action plans.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant global operations experience, including at least 4+ years in a management role managing teams.
- Bold and compassionate leader with proven ability to grow, develop, and scale high-performing teams.
- Expert in the Southeast & Gulf territory.
- Shares learnings and influences cross-functional partners to support relevant goals.
- Serves as a go-to for team members, providing clear direction, business coaching, and ongoing training.
- Leverages data to propose new business opportunities and influence product, policy, and stakeholders.
- Expertise in achieving strong results managing through others.
- Ability to successfully performance manage team members.
- Creates a positive and driven team culture.
- Previous relevant experience in growing supply and working with community groups.
