## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the AI agent’s conversational quality, tone, content, and ethical guardrails.
- Develop, test, and deploy prompt-engineering techniques, training materials, and conversational flows.
- Monitor and analyze deflection, resolution, and CSAT metrics to create training and optimization plans.
- Review high-volume conversations to identify customer intents, misclassifications, and knowledge-base gaps.
- Collaborate with Content, Knowledge, and Customer Experience teams on strategic AI training plans.
- Update conversation scripts for product and policy changes, and report bugs, system gaps, and escalation opportunities.
- Track conversational AI, machine learning, and prompt-engineering trends and propose improvements.

## Requirements
- Proven experience in AI training, prompt engineering, NLP, or conversational design for customer support or enterprise service systems.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting conversational data and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Rasa, or similar enterprise conversational AI platforms.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Understanding of online customer support ecosystems and bot-to-human-agent handoffs.
- Independent, proactive, strategic problem-solving approach.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: **$124,000–$186,000 CAD**.
