## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Architect the strategy and execution of Snowflake’s unified transactional portfolio with the goal of building a $1B+ business.
- Lead the evolution of the transactional data engine, optimizing the relationship between Snowflake Postgres and Unistore.
- Develop product vision and strategy for a differentiated OLTP offering, including new products and partnerships.
- Align Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations to bring products to market and drive business growth.
- Integrate transactional products with Snowflake’s AI portfolio, including Cortex, Apps, and AI-powered interfaces.
- Develop partnerships with application and AI platforms.
- Lead, develop, and evaluate a high-performing product team.

## Requirements
- 12+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience leading 0-to-1-to-100 product motions from launch through scaled adoption.
- Experience with product portfolio strategy in high-growth enterprise software environments.
- Experience scaling complex data systems or OLTP platforms such as Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
- Track record of developing product vision and strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes at scale.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and experience partnering with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations.
- Experience managing and developing product teams.

## Compensation
- Salary range: $304,000–$437,000.
