## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Creator Research & Outreach
- Research creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, and emerging channels based on audience fit, content quality, credibility, and campaign goals.
- Build creator shortlists and organize audience, content style, contact details, prior partnerships, and performance information.
- Support creator outreach with approved messaging and organize responses, follow-ups, and next steps.
- Monitor creator culture, emerging voices, formats, trends, and relevant conversations.

### Campaign Coordination
- Translate campaign strategy into creator briefs, timelines, deliverable lists, and launch trackers.
- Coordinate scheduling, content submissions, review rounds, approvals, and launch dates.
- Maintain records for contracts, usage rights, deliverables, payments, contact history, and campaign notes.
- Check submitted content against briefs, disclosures, format requirements, and approved messaging before final review.
- Escalate missed deadlines, unclear deliverables, and campaign risks.

### Performance & Team Support
- Pull basic campaign metrics and organize results by creator, message, and format.
- Prepare campaign recaps and document learnings for future creator selection and briefs.
- Keep influencer rosters, campaign trackers, folders, and Notion pages current.
- Coordinate with brand, creative, performance, partnerships, legal, and compliance teams.

## Requirements
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; internships, student organizations, personal content, freelance projects, campus ambassador work, talent or entertainment experience, and side projects count.
- Genuine interest in creators, social platforms, digital culture, and audience trust.
- Strong organization and follow-through across multiple deadlines and details.
- Clear, warm, professional written communication.
- Good judgment, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback.
- Ability to work quickly while handling healthcare claims, patient privacy, and sensitive stories thoughtfully.
- Resourcefulness in finding creators, organizing processes, and solving operational problems.
- Applicants must be based in the United States.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, creator-management tools, or similar systems.
- Experience with creator outreach, campus ambassadors, social content, talent coordination, PR, events, or community management.
- Interest in healthcare, wellness, consumer technology, or mission-driven storytelling.

## Work Arrangement
- Hybrid, in person in the Redwood City office three days per week.
