## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Shape how enterprises run on Console by designing intuitive and reliable systems for AI agents to resolve back-office tasks from Slack or Teams.
- Work closely with founders and customers to turn real workflows into simple, high-quality product experiences.
- Drive work end-to-end with high ownership, make product decisions, and operate autonomously.
- Own all design work, including occasional non-product tasks like brand tweaks, slides, website tweaks, or office design.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience, ideally at early-stage startups.
- Exceptionally high bar for craft and quality, with strong IA and UX design thinking evident in portfolio.
- Full mastery of **Figma**.
- Experience across the full product lifecycle: navigating ambiguity and customer requests, converting to product requirements, and shippable designs.
