## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Provide prospective and new customers with expert advice on strategy execution and performance maximization.
- Drive excellent platform launch and introduction processes.
- Serve as an active guide in early customer journey stages to define and achieve measurable value.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams, aligning execution with long- and short-range goals through scalable, data-driven operating models and high-impact enablement.
- Form strategic advisor relationships with C-Level Executives and coach teams to define, communicate, and operationalize results.
- Lead executive conversations, working sessions, and white-glove enablement sessions.
- Create decks, design, and graphically represent complex concepts for executive presentations.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience, close contract renewals, and partner with sales on expansion and new business opportunities.
- Guide clients in setting ROI-based value journeys, help leaders use platform tools (Agents, Scorecards, Biz Reviews, Meetings).
- Build and maintain executive and chief of staff relationships for insights, references, case studies, and thought partnership.
- Partner with Customer Success to close renewals, identify expansion revenue, and secure services revenue.

## Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of work experience.
- Experience at a strategy firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or management consulting firm (e.g., PwC, Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom).
- Strong interest and experience in strategy development, strategy deployment, and operating model optimization.
- Business-savvy with ability to work seamlessly with leaders across functional disciplines at large enterprises.
- Self-starter with strong ownership skills, able to support many customer accounts.
- Arsenal of successful tactics for connecting business value to technology.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level implementation or consulting engagements, ideally in SaaS or strategy execution domains.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influence skills at all organizational levels.
- Genuine, warm, positive, engaging, and empathetic.
- Skilled at leading executive conversations, deck creation, understanding client businesses quickly, delivering exceptional CX, navigating complex matrix organizations.
- Passion for helping organizations achieve best results.

## Compensation
- US base salary range: $165k-$200k OTE annual salary (base salary only; does not include equity or benefits).
